The EC Ride : 30 Mile Ride
Optimize Mental & Physical Health With Integrative Medicine
Service Description
To be proactive in our community in light of the recent aggressive and violent acts in society. We want to promote awareness of how to act, evaluate, and optimize the treatment of mental and physical health issues. Everyone has a choice. We want to alleviate any shame to anyone coming forward themselves and/or supporting a loved one dealing with issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, mental or physical health issues. Lets work together and support one another! Research studies demonstrate physical exercise has the same effects as anti-depressants. Often when we have a physical or mental health issue we're not sure how to approach it.
