She has led retreats internationally and recognized nationally for her tremendous work in the field supporting individuals and groups through life transformations, optimizing health and wellbeing, attaining peak performance goals, managing and resolving trauma, pain as well as chronic and complicated post traumatic stress. She has a sustained a highly successful practice serving thousands of clients for nearly two decades in addition to leading continuing education, seminars, retreats and workshops internationally. She will be available for guidance both virtually and in person for continuation of support as needed after close of the retreat.

  • Experience gentle Pranayama, Nidra, Vinyasa Flow  coupled with Tai Chi & QiGong Practices to experience & take home/ guaranteed to sustain optimal health & wellness in living

These will be collaboratively made during the retreat  to utilize as a guide to whole life living, as participants continue on their journey home, honoring their unique transformational experience of body mind and spirit. This will allow each participant to orient and lead themselves in cultivating their art of living well. These journals will potentiate an honoring of the heart healing immersion experience at Hermosa and carry practices to continue & enjoy for a lifetime.
