We are committed to providing a peaceful refuge for the enlightenment & growth of mind, body, & spirit. Through psychotherapy, educational programs, & integrative medical therapies we aspire to promote the health & wellness of all beings & our environment.
Research studies have comprehensively demonstrated the optimal benefits of engaging in health practices to balance the body & mind coupled with traditional western medical treatments. This is Integrative Medicine at its best! Counseling, Functional Medicine, & regular practices of relaxation and stress management techniques including Progressive Relaxation, Meditation, Reiki, Tai Chi, and Yoga have clearly been shown to promote an overall improvement in health and well being.
We have onsite 8 fully licensed clinicians to help individuals in private sessions through Stress Management Center (call 864-225-0792 to schedule) which evolved out of a practice initially started by Dr. John Martin, Psychiatrist & Family Practice Medical Doctor & Dr. Harry Diamant, a Licensed Clinical Counselor for 26 years. Dr. Kline Schaffer evolved the practice to include integrative medical therapies & functional medicine in 2008. As we continue our work supporting others, we have become mindful, taking time to reflect on the abundance that life offers, the importance of living a balanced life, & optimizing our awareness of how to balance the stress in our lives with optimal health practices. Andrea Clary
MA QMHP, RYT 200
Andrea Clary is a yoga instructor, meditation teacher & mental healthadvocate & creator of Saving Grace. Throughout treatment & recovery, I felt there were limited conversations, programs and safe spaces geared towards emotional recovery. I realized how isolating a treatment unit can be. I created my own methods to adjust back to the “real world” & began sharing my wellness breakthroughs & practices on social media. As I got stronger, I stepped back into teaching and decided every time I showed up, it would be in full commitment to creating the space for others to begin their own healing process through practice.
