About the event
To be proactive in our community in light of the recent aggressive and violent acts in society, we want to promote awareness of how to act, evaluate, and optimize the treatment of mental and physical health issues. Everyone has a choice & can be informed to obtain the help & support they need to alleviate physical & emotional pain & suffering. As a part of this ride, we are reaching out to the community to send a message of love, support, and understanding!
With any kind of pain or suffering we become sensitive. We want to alleviate anyon’es embarassment, humility, or shame in obtaining support for themselves or a loved one. Let’s work together and support one another! Research studies demonstrate physical exercise has the same effect as taking anti-depressants. Often when we have a physical or mental health issue we're not sure how to approach it. We want to support everyone with education, information & options on how to attain the help & support needed to live their best life! Free Tai Chi, Yoga, inflatable obstacle course (2+), collaborative mural paiting & fun for all!
Ride Free or make a donation of your choice to support the treatment of individuals in our community unable to cover the cost of treatment for physical or emotional wellness! Tax receipts available upon request!
